User from Existing Contact
This panel enables the System **Administrator to add new **Administrators **or **System Operators from an existing contact / person.
This can be done as follows:
- Select the person you want to upgrade to system administrator or operator from the left panel
- Enter Username
- Enter **Password ** and Confirm Password
- Select **role ** type (Administrator or Operator)
- Enable or disable single sign on option
- Press “Create”
If you wish, you can add a profile photo. Click **Browse ** and select a photo from your computer files.
**Operators **system access rights can be modified according to business needs. If you select to upgrade a person to an operator the following screen will appear. Drag and drop the permission rights you wish to enable from “OFF” bucket to “ON” bucket on the right.
