User from Existing Contact
This panel enables the System Administrator to add new Administrators or System Operators from an existing contact / person.
This can be done as follows:
Select the person you want to upgrade to system administrator or operator from the left panel
Enter Username
Enter Password and Confirm Password
Select role type (Administrator or Operator)
Enable or disable single sign on option
Press “Create”
If you wish, you can add a profile photo. Click Browse and select a photo from your computer files.
Operators system access rights can be modified according to business needs. If you select to upgrade a person to an operator the following screen will appear. Drag and drop the permission rights you wish to enable from “OFF” bucket to “ON” bucket on the right.
