Access to various screens and functions are granted depending how a System Administrator sets a User’s role. The elements and some basic functions of the System are described below.

Primary Navigation Bar – Allows access to major functional areas of the System, as follows:

Active Notification – Displays a link to Real Time, an option from the Main Menu.

Active Recipients Notification– Displays a link to Real Time, an option from the
Main Menu indicating the active Recipients.

User Drop-Down Menu– Displays the name of the logged-in User. When clicking the User name drop-down, a menu appears with* My Profile, Documentation, Contact Support,** and Logout options.



The figure below illustrates various components of the System. See definitions for each area in the following screen image.













Main Menu – Displays links to available tasks within the chosen tabs. The Dashboard, Notifications, Contacts, Users and Reports tabs serve as the primary entry points to other screens within the System.













Main Content Window – The screen changes depending on the task selected from the* Main Menu and the permissions granted to the logged-in User.
Title Bar– The name of the current screen and a short description of the task.






User Name Drop-Down Menu

The User Name Drop-Down Menu is located in the upper right corner of the Main Content Screen (shown below) with access to the following: My Profile, Contact Support and Logout.










- My Profile–The My Profile link (in the Username drop-down menu on the Home screen) displays a link leading to a screen that contains the Username, Password, Role (available to authorized users).

- Contact Support– The Contact Support link may be used to access the Contact Mass Notification Support dialog, as shown below.







- Logout– Logout is located in the upper right corner on the Main Navigation Bar.
Click the displayed User Name Drop-Down Menu and select Log Out.


Terminating/closing the browser connection will automatically log out a User if the browser operates in private or incognito mode.
If a user logs onto the System and becomes inactive for 30 minutes, the session will time out. The user will have to login again.
Entering the Username and Password will restart the session.
