Dynamic Properties
Dynamic properties are additional information fields that can be added to the Persons’
general details tab.
To enter the Dynamic Properties manager, while on the Person – Dashboard screen press “Dynamic Properties”.
On the right panel are displayed all the Dynamic Properties stored to the system. To create a new Dynamic Property:
press “ADD”
insert the property name, select the property type (Text / Number / Single Choice / Multiple Choice / Date)
if the property type is Single Choice or Multiple Choice, insert the available choices
press “SAVE”
To rearrange the order that the dynamic properties will be displayed in the Persons’ General Details Tab, press “Reorder Dynamic Properties” button and drag the options up and down, as seen below and press “Save”
The dynamic properties created will be displayed to the Persons’ “General” tab, under the default properties, as shown below:
Please note that dynamic properties serve only as informational fields and persons cannot be searched or filtered according to them.
