Add Person

Add a new Person as follows:
While on the Person – Dashboard screen press “ADD”


The Contacts-Add screen appears in a Tab Layout, as shown below. Start by clicking on each tab and filling in the text boxes.





The “General” tab is used for the general details: First Name / Last Name / Company / Job Title / Language Preference / Timezone / Assigned Groups / Assigned Tags. Plus, all the dynamic properties created by the user.
To learn how to add and manage dynamic properties read the “5.1.3 Dynamic Properties” paragraph.
Note that the text boxes with an (*) must be filled in.








The “Address” tab is used to fill the following information: Work Address / ZIP Code / Building / Floor / City / Province / Country





The devices tab stores the contact details of each person: Email / Landline / Mobile Voice / Mobile SMS. 1). In Description text box of each communication you can type additional information or instructions. Up to six numbers/emails can be stored for each channel.
There is an option to keep Contact information private and visible only to Administrators by clicking the lock button.
Make sure the Contact information you entered is valid.

Also note that if you don’t fill in the country code where necessary, the code +30 will
be used by default.











Device Escalation tab. Place the Contact information you entered in the Contact tab in an order of priority for this individual person.
Drag & drop the communication means from OFF, to ON in priority escalation by placing them in each box (1, 2, 3 etc.), as you can see in the figure above.





Person Escalation tab. In case a Contact didn’t receive the Notification you sent to the available communication means you can ensure that the Notification is escalated to another person. Select from one to three alternates from your Contacts using the drop-down menu and typing in Search.
