**Administrators **and **Operators **must log into the User Interface to access the application.

** Administrators **must log in to perform administrative functions (such as Enterprise Access Control) and have full access to the application and its functions.

Operators have selective access to specific functions of the application as authorized by the Administrators.

Contacts / Persons receive **notifications **to their telephonic devices (telephones, pagers), email, or email-enabled devices. Recipients do not log in to the Web UI.
