# User Interface


${color}[#000000](**Administrators **)and  **Operators  **must  log  into  the  User  Interface  to  access  the application.

*  **	Administrators **must log in to perform administrative functions (such as Enterprise Access Control) and have full access to the application and its functions.

*  **	Operators** have selective access to specific functions of the application as authorized by the Administrators.

*  **	Contacts / Persons** receive **notifications **to their telephonic devices (telephones, pagers), email, or email-enabled devices. Recipients do not log in to the Web UI.
