# User from New Contact

This  panel  enables  the  **System  **Administrator  to  add  a  new  person  and  grand
**Administrator **or **System Operator** rights at once.

This can be done as follows:

*	Fill the person’s details in the first 5 tabs as described in “5.1.1 Add Person”
paragraph.
*	Go the “Login Details” tab
*	Enter **Username**
*	Enter **Password **and Confirm Password
*	Select **role **type (Administrator or Operator)
*	Enable or disable single **sign on** option
*	Press **“Create”**

If you wish, you can add a profile photo. Click **Browse ** and select a photo from your computer files.
 





**Operators **system access rights can be modified according to business needs. If you select to upgrade a person to an operator the following screen will appear. Drag and drop the permission rights you wish to enable from “OFF” bucket to “ON” bucket on the right.
