# User from Existing Contact

This panel enables the **System **Administrator to add new **Administrators **or **System Operators** from an existing contact / person.

This can be done as follows:

*	**Select the person** you want to upgrade to system administrator or operator from the left panel
*	Enter **Username**
*	Enter **Password ** and Confirm Password
*	Select **role ** type (Administrator or Operator)
*	Enable or disable single **sign on** option
*	Press **“Create”**

If you wish, you can add a profile photo. Click **Browse ** and select a photo from your computer files.
 





**Operators **system access rights can be modified according to business needs. If you select to upgrade a person to an operator the following screen will appear. Drag and drop the permission rights you wish to enable from “OFF” bucket to “ON” bucket on the right.
