A. Shift length should be added in hour long values

A.Ensure you have a stable internet connection prior to viewing video’s as it can cause the video to glitch.

A. Report the issue to tech support and use the web browser version of the ‘Remote Track Access’ mobile app.



Q. Whenever I open the app it takes me back to the last session and won’t display any new sessions.


A. Logout out of your account and log back in, if the issue persists contact tech support and use the web browser version of the ‘Remote Track Access’ mobile app.
