BOOKING INTO A WORKSITE
After you have logged into the remote briefing app you will be asked to choose a location you wish to sign into.
After selecting the briefing you will be taken to a sign in declaration page to read and accept to proceed with the sign in process.
Your password will be your sentinel or staff pass number
Once a briefing has been selected, you will be asked to enter: Travel time to site (in minutes)
Shift length (in hours) Starting Post Code.
These are the same questions that a PWAC will ask all operatives when signing into a worksite.
Once you have completed the initial sign in you will be taken to the briefing section, the app will also confirm that your shift and travel details have been logged into the system.
Please review the briefing material provided before proceeding to the questionnaire.
Once you have completed the questionnaire the app will generate your QR Code and Pass code.
Proceed to click on the ‘Sign into the Worksite’ button, read and accept the sign in declaration to complete the sign in process.
You can write your Passcode and use it to enter the worksite or send it to yourself as an SMS to have it available offline.
While you are still signed into a worksite, you can find the QR Code and the Pass Code at the QR button (pointed in the screenshot)
